  • Manage Employee Master: Employee records are maintained, detailing Personal, Demographic, Education, Documents, and System Access (Username/Password, Remote Attendance Allowed).
  • Track & Approve Time: Employees submit Leave Application, C-Off Application, and Outdoor Duty Application requests. These are processed through management Approval workflows, and the system manages Leave Accrual and Leave Encashment.
  • Process Financial Requests: Employees request Travelling Advance (for business) or Personal Advance (for loans), which are routed for Approval and tracked for recovery.
  • Manage Expenses: Employees submit Expense claims, which undergo a formal Expense Approval process before being processed for reimbursement.
  • Real-Time Tracking & Notifications: The creator/manager can track the movement and status of all pending applications (Leave, Advance, Expense). On every submission or approval, the user receives a notification.
